The custom engineered, hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane water treatment system is designed with two treatment trains, each rated to treat 440 GPM from deep feed wells. The integrated AMI system is PLC automated using a central enclosure with touchscreen digital HMI operator interface. Chemical enhanced automatic cleaning prolongs membrane life to provide lower operating cost, less maintenance and reduced down time. The membrane system features BAS-Inge hollow fiber UF modules, 100 Micron prefiltration, automated backwash, UF filtrate flush, CEB automatic cleaning with enhanced CIP, pretreatment coagulant, disinfection and post chlorination.
